The Sex Pistols - The Great Rock 'n' Roll Swindle (1980) - an original vintage 1980s advertising poster for the punk rock related film, showing bass player Sid Vicious to the top, with central artwork showing a 'Sid Vicious Action Man' in coffin, with album details to the base - the prominent title being Vicious' own track ' Something Else '. Condition - many marks from folds and creases, but displays ok (see images). Framed. Total size approx; 101cm x 71cm

Lot 430

A rare vintage 1960's (1964) Selcol made The Beatles ' Big 6 ' plastic acoustic model guitar. Burgundy, red and orange plastic construction, with all six tuning pegs present. Features facsimile autographs to the corner and a printed sticker of all four Beatles to the top. ' Beatles Big 6 ' silver coloured emblem also to body. Selcol makers label to sound hole. Appears in very good condition, with no cracks splits or visible damage. Survives within its rare original cardboard box, which still retains the original paper label to top. A rare example of early Beatles merchandise. Guitar measures approx; 80cm tall.

From the collection of Valerie Leon - a large and impressive original vintage 1960's Howitt Printing Group promotional board, with Ms Leon featuring as the model to the top. The board printed on card, with various promotional details to the base. A cut-out of Ms Leon to the centre gives the effect of a 3D television. Autographed with a special message by Ms Leon to the bottom section. Generally very good condition, but some light edge wear from use / age. Measures approx; 70cm x 57cm.

The four posters in the same form, each with a different black and white scene from the film to the bottom, and all titled respectively; Thrills, Spills, Laughs and Excitement. Generally in very good condition (not folded). Each approx; 77cm x 51cm.

A Marantz Compact Disc Player CD-73 in a champagne colourway and a Dolby System Stereo Cassette Deck Model 5025, Serial No. T010005 in a silver colourway. As a stack measures 32cm x 42cm x 30cm.

Two vintage production sample / prototype merchandising T-Shirts relating to the BBC. The first being a Mr Bean (Rowan Atkinson) white t-shirt with image to front (sealed) and the other being a Teddington Studios promotional t-shirt which was hastily withdrawn before being put to market as the map to front was inaccurate. Very likely the only surviving example! Interesting pieces of television memorabilia.

A charming vintage 1960s autograph book, once belonging to a young gentleman from Middlesex. Autographs of note in the book include; Sheila Hancock, Cliff Richard, Hank Marvin, Bruce Welch (the Shadows), Frank Ifield, Melvyn Hayes, Barbara Shelley, Roger Moore, Michael Medwin, Albert Finney, and others. The book is well filled, and does include some 'friends and family' type messages. The book has suffered some old water damage to the top right corner, which doesn't actually affect many of the key autographs inside, but does affect some near the front / rear. Interesting book.

The Beatles - a rare set of x4 original vintage black and white photographs taken by Les Goode, at the Northwich Carnival, 6th July 1963. The first featuring the carnival queen and the four Beatles, another featuring John Lennon and George Harrison, the carnival queen and one other lady, the third featuring George Harrison in the process of signing a programme and the final photograph featuring a standing George Harrison, a seated John Lennon holding a guitar and the Carnival queen. All 8x10" total size. Rare photos. Some believed unpublished.

Designed in the U.S.A, serial number E080844. Measures 18.5cm x 43.5cm x 38cm.
