MINI DRESS: A vintage original ' Twiggy ' style mini dress and coat combo in turquoise and cream with hounds tooth pattern. Complete with oversize buttons and waist belt . Marked for Tricosa of Paris, France. NOTE: From a large private collection of assorted theatrical costumes, fancy dress outfits and vintage fashion. Ex- Dauphines Costume Hire of Bristol. Many of the theatrical costumes are relics of TV / Film history (some appearing in TV shows as far back as the 1950's), and also of both professional and amateur stage performances. CONDITION: Condition of most items is good. Theatrical items will show signs of expected wear and tear through use, but most are generally very good. Buyers are reminded for the need to satisfy themselves as to condition of items prior to bidding, as condition on some, will vary. SIZING: Sizing, where present on the garment is given. Other sizes stated are to be taken as an approximation only. Where no size is listed, no sizing information is available, although for reference, our display mannequin is a small/medium built. VIEWING: The costumes and items from this sale will be available for viewing on Weds 7th September from 9am - 7pm. They are in a separate location to our usual sales so please ask at reception.
