Horse Racing - Goodwood Stewards Cup 1985 - the original winner's trophy from the Stewards Cup Handicap race in 1985, won by Al Trui. Made by Garrard & Co of London, the large silver plate on brass trophy comes engraved to the front 'William Hill - Stewards Cup - Goodwood - 1985 - Al Trui'. With removable lid. Measures approx: 53cm tall. Along with a vintage Angelus carriage clock with plaque to top 'The Ladbroke Hotels Handicap - Salisbury - 13th July 1985' also won by Al Trui. The clock presented within its original box. Provenance: the vendor's grandfather was the horse owner.

Black wool, with twin vents and original maker's label to the interior. Minor wear from production, but generally in very good used condition. Supplied with an original 6x4" cast card signed by Cooke in black ink, depicted wearing her trademark beret, and a further larger signed colour photograph. Provenance: accompanied with a certificate from The Prop Gallery.

The Shadows - original vintage 1960s (1961) tour programme from the Granada at Walthamstow. Signed on the rear page by all members - Hank Marvin, Bruce Welch, Jet Harris and Tony Meehan. Undedicated, signed in blue / red ink respectively. Folded, some light wear. The Shadows (originally known as the Drifters between 1958 and 1959) were an English instrumental rock group, who dominated the British popular music charts in the late 1950s and early 1960s, in the pre-Beatles era. They served as the backing band for Cliff Richard from 1958 to 1968, and have joined him for several reunion tours.

Stan Laurel (1860-1965) - English comic actor, writer and director - autographed vintage sepia 5x7" photograph of Laurel and Hardy. Signed neatly in blue fountain pen ink to the margin. Stamped signature from Hardy (as was common to receive when writing to just Stan Laurel). Some creasing to the top but not folded, and a small one-inch tear to the top right, but displays well.

Space Exploration - Apollo 13 - Jack Swigert (Apollo 13 Command Module Pilot, d.1982) - rare vintage autographed official NASA Apollo 13 Mission card, 8x10". Signed in black ink to a light area of the photograph, undedicated. John Leonard 'Jack' Swigert Jr. (August 30th 1931 – December 27th 1982) was an American NASA astronaut, test pilot, mechanical engineer, aerospace engineer, United States Air Force pilot, and politician. In April 1970, as command module pilot of Apollo 13, he became one of 24 astronauts who flew to the Moon.
George Formby (d.1961 English actor, singer-songwriter and comedian) - an original vintage G. Houghton & Sons made 'Melody Uke' banjolele signed to the skin by Formby in pencil. Along with a framed display featuring an autograph of Formby dated 1948 mounted beneath a vintage image. The banjolele appearing in good physical condition, recently restrung with new tuning pegs. Old split to the skin, not affecting the signature. With original case. Banjolele measures approx: 60cm long, framed autograph is 49cm x 34cm.

Original vintage post-war German Officer's cap with applied later insignia, for production. Retains an original Bermans & Nathans label to interior, plus 'Hilary (General)'. A further Bermans & Nathans label indicates this was also worn by actor Wolfgang Preiss in the late 1980s for the mini-series 'War And Remembrance.' Generally appears in excellent production used condition. Supplied with a photograph of Minster in costume, as well as an autographed card in blue ink.
