Approximately 6cm width x 8cm height. Condition: very good. No apparent damage, some toning to the silver on the front side.
A fine quality, vintage Black Watch (Royal Highlanders) officers silver gilt cap badge. Of standard form, with a silver background star, silver gilt Queen’s crown, belt and motto, and set with a silver St Andrew to the centre. Fitted with 2 silver lugs to the reverse side. Fully U.K. hallmarked in 2 places to the reverse side, for Edinburgh 1997, with the makers mark of ‘GB’. Approximately 5.9cm width x 7.6cm height. Condition: very good. Some light service wear in places, but nothing that detracts whatsoever.
A vintage Finnish Puukko knife, in the Ilves (Lynx) pattern, by Janne Marttiini. Of traditional form, with a shaped curly beech handle and metal stud to the pommel holding the tang in place. Single edged steel blade, with fuller and flattened spine. Engraved with makers details to one side of the blade, and a reindeer and sled image. Complete with a light tan coloured tooled leather sheath, with provision for a belt loop. Approximately 40.5cm length in the scabbard, blade length 24.8cm. Condition: generally good. Good clean blade, still with a keen edge. The handle has a small drilled hole to one side, for unknown reasons, but is otherwise good. The leather sheath shows some fading to one side, and a couple of areas of water spotting, but is intact and sturdy.
A good quality vintage Scottish sterling silver officer’s cap badge for the Kings Own Scottish Borderers. Of standard die stamped design, with the Queen’s crown topped by a lion, and the castle motif to the centre. Voided around regimental title. 2 silver lugs fixed to the reverse side. Fully U.K. hallmarked to the reverse side for Edinburgh 1993, with the makers mark of ‘GB’. Approximately 5cm width x 7.1cm height. Condition: very good. Some very light service wear, but nothing that detracts whatsoever.
A vintage 19th Hussars troopers tunic, circa WW2 / interwar period. Dark blue wool, with yellow cord Austrian knots, brass ball buttons, and hook and eye fastenings to the collar area. Part blanket lining to the inside, and the remains of an original paper label. The lining to the armpit area on one sleeve has a war department ‘WD’ stamp and a broad arrow. Plus, a post WW2 Royal Artillery Officers mess jacket and waistcoat, the jacket being named inside to a ‘Captain Crompton’. The jacket has bullion rank stars and crowns to the epaulettes, with the waistcoat having gilt brass buttons displaying the Royal Artillery canon. 3 items. Condition: generally good to the Hussars tunic. The jacket is in generally clean and tidy condition, with no apparent moth damage to the exterior. The blanket lining has come away from the collar area, with the latter also being a little grubby from wear. The mess jacket has a few small moth holes to the sleeve and shoulder area, but the fabric remains clean and bright.
A vintage South African pattern No.9 bayonet, complete with associated scabbard.Likely of 1960’s manufacture and made by the South African Armaments Corporation.Un-fullered blade with single edge to bottom part, and a shorter edge to the top of the blade.Parkerised finish and un-sharpened blade as issued.Complete with its steel scabbard, as originally utilised with the Uzi sub-machine gun bayonets. Length in scabbard 27.5cm, blade length 16.8cm. Condition: generally good.Much of parkerised finish remaining, some normal service wear to the scabbard. Also, a Belgian ‘Licot Namur’ machete, likely of 19th century manufacture. Of relatively crude form, with a double edged blade and a long narrow fuller to both sides, and the makers mark stamped into one side of the blade. Decagonal shaped wooden handle / pommel, with flattened brass and steel binding to the handle. Overall length 59.2cm, blade length 47cm. Condition: overall, well used. Heavily patinated blade, with evidence of sharpening to both sides. Wear to handle commensurate with age and use. Scabbard / sheath absent.

A good quality vintage die stamped sterling silver officer’s cap badge for the Gloucestershire regiment. Of standard design, with the Sphinx sat upon the Egypt tablet. The Gloucestershire title in a scroll to the bottom. Fully U.K. hallmarked to the front side for Birmingham 1989, and the makers mark of BAO (for the Birmingham Assay Office). Complete with 2 silver lugs to the reverse side. Approximately 5.5cm width x 4.5cm height. Condition: very good.

Condition: very good. Many of the patches appear to have never been used, and remain in good clean condition. Each badge is loosely mounted on to a paper background, with label (easuly removable if desired).

A vintage Vietnam War era GG-W-113 United States military wristwatch by Benrus. Dated May 1971 to the back cover, and the U.S. MFG Part No. XZ73065. Black dial with 24hr Arabic numerals and luminescent hands. Serial number 011491 stamped to the back cover. Complete with modern nylon strap. Approximately 3.4cm width, excluding crown. Condition: generally very good. Good clean dial and numerals, clean casing with only light service wear. When wound, the watch would appear to work correctly, but this is by no means a guarantee of its timekeeping. The strap is virtually mint condition. A vintage sterling silver officers cap badge for the Royal Hampshire Regiment. Manufactured in silver and silver gilt, with 2 silver lugs to the reverse side. Fully U.K. hallmarked to the reverse side for Edinburgh 1992, which incidentally the last year of the regiments existence before amalgamation. The makers mark is ‘GB’. Approximately 4.2cm width x 4.8cm height. Condition: very good. Some toning to the metal on the front side. Some detail to the hallmark is a little indistinct, but is still quite readable.
A vintage CWC (Cabot Watch Company) Military quartz wristwatch. Black dial with Arabic numerals and calendar. Steel casem with the back cover being marked ‘6645-99’ and ‘5417362’ and a letter C. No apparent broad arrow mark. Complete with modern nylon strap. Approximately 3.6cm width, excluding crown. Condition: very good. Clean dial and casings with very little signs of wear. The watch currently has its crown pulled out to save on battery power, but when pushed in it seems to operate as it should, but this is by no means a guarantee of its timekeeping. The strap is virtually mint condition. Most appear to be relatively modern, with a few vintage pieces. To include: Singapore, Nepal, Polish, Netherlands, Pakistan, South African, Saudi Arabia, Soviet Union, Germany, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, France, Iran, Finland, Denmark, United Kingdom, Canada, China, Egypt, Malaysia, Belgium, India, Abyssinia, East Germany, Australia, and Norway. 63 badge in total. Condition: very good. Many of the badge appear to have been unused. Each is loosely mounted onto a paper backing, and are easily removable if desired.
A vintage Post WW2, East German NVA army officers dagger, complete with scabbard. Ivory coloured and contoured plastic grips, with chromed pebbled pommel. Chromed cross guard with acorn quillon and integral release catch for the blade. Original leather washer fitted at the ricasso, and the serial number 72169 stamped into the blade. Double edged blade with single fuller, in polished steel. Black scabbard with chromed chape and throat, the latter with oak leaf and GDR symbol. 2 suspension rings fitted to the throat mounting. Condition: very good. The piece shows little to no use, with the grip and all metal parts free from damage. The release catch also works as it should.
A vintage Royal Green Jackets sterling silver officer’s cap badge. Fully U.K. hallmarked to the reverse side for Birmingham 1992, and the makers mark of ‘G.B’. 2 silver lugs to the reverse side. Approximately 3.8cm width x 5cm height. Condition: very good.
A vintage Scandinavian / Norwegian knife, marked ‘H. Grønland Toten’ to the single edged blade. The handle is made from stacked rings of horn, with a silvered pommel. The scabbard is made from horn, with silvered mounts. Approximately 22cm in scabbard, blade length 8.5cm. Condition: generally good. A little scratching / scuffing to the horn section of the scabbard. The blade has evidence of sharpening and is a little darkened in places.
3 Vintage mid 20th century Swedish forage / garrison caps, and a post WW2 West German other rank mountain troops cap, plus 2 WW2 era copies of the Signal magazine. One marked with the Swedish 3 crowns mark, and another with a paper label to the inside. Condition: service worn. The lining to one of the caps has loose lining, another example has cracking to the faux leather sweatband.
A good quality vintage Scottish sterling silver officer’s Queen’s Own Highlanders (Seaforth & Cameron) badge. Cast in 3 separate parts, with the stags head to the centre, Queen’s crown and thistle at the top, and the traditional ‘Cuidich’n Righ’ on a scroll at the bottom. The stags head is fully U.K. hallmarked for Edinburgh 1994, with the makers mark of ‘GB’. The scroll is also fully marked, with a matching assay office and date letter, but the crown and thistle only carries the ‘GB’ makers mark. Condition: very good. Only light service wear to each piece.

Of traditional design, with the skull and crossed bones, with scroll to the bottom displaying the regimental motto ‘Or Glory’ 2 lugs present to the reverse side. Fully U.K. hallmarked to the reverse side for Edinburgh 1994, with the makers mark of ‘GB’. Approximately 4.8cm width x 4.4cm height. Condition: very good. Some toning to the silver on the front side, plus some very light service wear.
A vintage Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) sterling silver cap badge. Made to mimic the traditional cap badge design, this piece is likely for commemorative purposes as it has 1942-1992 stamped into the reverse. The regiment has been active from 1942 to the present day. Made in silver and silver gilt, and fully hallmarked to the reverse side for Birmingham 1992. Complete with 2 lugs to the reverse side. Approximately 3.1cm width x 4.9cm height. Condition: very good.
