A WWI BRITISH WAR MEDAL WITH A MINIATURE TRIO OF MEDALS AND A COLLECTION OF LETTERS sent from various RAF stations in the 1950's, also some pilot's notes for various aircraft, the BWM is named to 2066 Private J. Johnstone, Gordan Highlanders, he was also entitled to a 1914-1915 star and a victory medal, but these are not in this lot, the collection of personal letters all seem to have been posted from various RAF bases during the 1950's, the condition report is that the BWM has a few edge knocks and has the wrong ribbon on it, also included is a military shot bucket approx. 525 mm tall, displaying a Royal Coat of Arms, missing leather handle, with tin liner approx. 14 cm wide and a vintage pilot cap trinket box, dark blue and cream painted with gold wings motif to the lid, split to wood, worn interior and losses to paint

A BOXED PEDIGREE SINDY'S OWN CAR, red MGB style car, complete and in fairly good condition, has usual plastic deformation to windscreen and dashboard, with Sindy pennant, Pedigree badge on boot loose (inside car), box largely complete but has damage and wear, with a boxed Waddington's Sindy jigsaw 'Sindy and Patch on Holiday', Design No.103, contents not checked, box complete but has some minor damage, marking and wear, a quantity of vintage dolls house paper flooring and wallpaper designs, in fairly good condition but all have been folded and some have damage/creasing to corners, with a boxed 1990's Sindy Eau de Cologne, bottle largely full and in good condition, outer cardboard box damaged (4)

A vintage Royal Navy Vice Admiral’s mess tunic, with a tailors label for C.H.Bernard & Son of Harwich stitched to the inside of the internal pocker. Named to ‘J.H.Dunt’ and dated February 64. The tunic of of usual form, being manufactured in a dark blue wool, with gold braid rank insignia to each cuff. One of the shoulders has provision for an epaulette, but this is absent. The tunic is accompanied by a dark wool waistcoat, fitted with 4 anodised gilt buttons to the front, and a pair of Gieves & Hawks trousers, with these being named to ‘M.Ruddle’. Notes: ‘J.H.Dunt’ is believed to relate to Vice Admiral Sir John Hugh Dunt KCB (born 1944). Vice Admiral Dunt served from 1963 through to 2000, ending his career as Chief of Fleet Support. 3 items. Condition: generally good. The tunic remains mostly in good clean condition. The lining to the interior has come away from the wool fabric at the bottom edge, but should be easy enough to rectify. Some age related soiling to the cream lining of the waistcoat, but its remain intact.
A selection of 5 vintage leather Sam Browne belts with cross straps. Manufactured in mid to dark brown leather, with most examples being undated (one dated 1989), with one example likely dating from the WW2 era. Together with a green webbing belt, several WW2 medal ribbons and ribbon bars, and 3 WW2 / post war badges. One of the Sam Browne belts is fitted with a whistle pouch, into which is fitted a modern chromed ‘metropolitan’ whistle. Condition: generally good. Some normal service wear to the leather belts, which have a nice colour and patina.
