*Beaton (Cecil, 1904-1980). Acting Flight Lieutenant Thomas 'Ginger' Neil, No. 249 Squadron, RAF North Weald, 1940, vintage gelatin silver print, showing Neil bending over and smiling towards camera beside his Spitfire, 209 x 200 mm, single corner pinholes and old pencil markups to verso Wing Commander Thomas Francis 'Ginger' Neil, DFC & Bar, AFC, AE (born 1920) is a former Royal Air Force fighter pilot and ace of the Second World War, and one of the few remaining survivors of the Battle of Britain. He is the highest scoring living fighter ace, scoring a total of 14 kills during the Second World War. (1)

*Sansone (Antonio, born 1929). Barcelona (la stazione), circa 1960s, vintage gelatin silver print, photographer's wetstamp to verso, 24 x 35.5 cm, together with 2 further vintage gelatin silver prints by Sansone, a political gathering in England, wetstamp to verso, 35.5 x 24 cm, and a band and followers in West Berlin going to a meeting, 19.5 x 35.5 cm, subject and photographer identified in ink to verso (3)
*Polaroids. A group of vintage Polaroid prints relating to Pat Hearn/Mark Morrisroe, circa 1980s, mostly nude studies of a single young female subject, together with a small colour photograph of Hearn holding her Polaroid camera, 9 x 11 cm Pat Hearn (1955-2000), was a founder of the Gramercy International Art Fair and a pioneer of the art scene in the East Village, SoHo and Chelsea. Mark Morrisroe (1959-1989) was an American performance artist and photographer whose work Hearn exhibited from 1985 onwards. (18)
Thirteen Club. A group of four lunch guestbooks, 1928-74, most pages with typed paper labels giving place and date of luncheon with names of the chairman and vice chairman, the remainder of each page largely covered with autographs of attendees in various coloured pens, additionally including 26 printed menus, 7 vintage photographs, some letters, news cuttings, etc., original morocco bindings with gilt titling and presentation details, first volume lacking upper cover, lower cover detached and backstrip defective, second and third volumes heavily rubbed with broken brass locks, fourth volume with brass lock and key present, 4to The Thirteen or 13th Club has been described as the strangest Club in the world. It involved thirteen members of the catering profession the West End of London and was founded in 1923. The Club met four times a year and besides luncheons included meeting on Friday 13th, breaking mirrors, chasing black cats, spilling salt, walking under ladders, placing pairs of worn shoes on the table, etc. Among the guests were other famous chefs and restaurant owners, whose names proliferate the four albums. A group of approximately 50 gelatin silver prints, mostly of Henry Moore sculptures, many relating to an outdoor exhibition in Italy, circa late 1960s, the largest group of 15 mounted on card, each 37 x 30 cm and similar sizes, two in aperture mounts and one framed, the remainder mostly 25 x 20 cm and including numerous duplicates, one older vintage photograph captioned to verso, 'Figure', 1933, plus a group of 12 related gelatin silver prints of a Swiss or Italian exhibition with sculptures, plus 5 large-format gelatin silver prints of fibre works by Lenore Tawney (1907-2007), one framed (approx. 65)
*Modern photography. A group of approximately 100 mostly vintage gelatin silver print photographs, circa 1960s, including portraits of President J.F. Kennedy and his brother Robert Kennedy, Alfred Hitchcock, Bing Crosby, Noel Coward, Bertrand Russell, plus other assorted subjects, some with credits to versos, various sizes, 33 x 27 cm and smaller, together with a group of approximately 40 vintage gelatin silver print skiing photographs, various sizes, some of the photographs by Otto Karminski (approx. 140)
