The poster features drawings of three breeds of sighthounds - a Russian Steppe sighthound, a Russian long-haired sighthound, and a short-haired sighthound. Beneath the drawings, text details each breed’s characteristics and average size. Two further images show sighthounds running in a field chasing a wolf and chasing a fox in snow, and are accompanied by an anatomical drawing of a sighthound in profile. Original vintage cabaret show poster featuring a fantastic design by the notable graphic artist Rene Gruau (Renato de Zavagli; 1909-2004) to promote Bonjour la Nuit / Hello Night at the famous nightclub Lido on the Champs Elysees Paris for the club's 25th anniversary in 1971, created by Pierre Louis-Guerin and Rene Fraday and directed by Bob Turk with costumes by Folco. Colourful and flamboyant pin-up style burlesque image of scantily dressed smiling Bluebell Girls dancing in flowing white feather costumes and sparkly jewellery with gentlemen in top hats as black silhouettes behind them against a dark blue background, the text over the white dress in stylised blue and black letters below. Le Lido opened in 1946; the Irish dancer "Miss Bluebell" Margaret Leibovici (nee Kelly; 1910-2004) founded the renowned Bluebell Girls dance troupe who performed at the Paris Lido from 1947. Original vintage double-sided poster advertising an exhibition of Bernard Lorjou’s (1908-1986) artwork. The front of the poster features a dark expressionist painting, composed of yellow, blue, pink, white and green fragments largely painted over in black, and surrounded by black. Text reads “Hilton Gallery. Brussels Hilton - 38 Boulevard de Waterloo, Brussels - Phone: 13-88-77. From 12th April to 29th May 1972. Lorjou New Paintings and Sculptures.” The reverse features the same layout, with an expressionist painting of a woman’s face, painted in shades of blue, white, pink and green. Original vintage event poster advertising the 1982 Fiesta de la Vendimia Del Sherry (Jerez Sherry Festival), this event was dedicated to Boston, Massachusetts, featuring a stunning design by Dibujo Mamelon. The artwork is in the style of a brightly coloured stained glass window, and features a woman in a yellow hat, purple headscarf, white top and blue skirt, kneeling and filling a woven basket with bunches of green grapes, and a second woman, in a yellow hat, white headscarf, purple top and red skirt, standing behind her, smiling and carrying a basket full of grapes. In the background is a vineyard, a palm tree, a donkey, a small white church and a blue and orange sky. The image is surrounded by a colourful geometric border.
