A LATE REGENCY BRASS INLAID ROSEWOOD DOUBLE FUSEE BRACKET CLOCK the case with arched carved top enclosing a 8" painted convex dial with Roman numerals fronting an eight-day double fusee movement striking on a bell43cm high A good genuine clock having original movement to case. The dial has original paint which is worn away on the edges and has a scratched dial centre. The movement is complete and ticks when wound but it is dirty. We cannot guarantee mechanical parts. The case is clean with no missing pieces and the top has fine cracks in the veneer.

A GEORGE III DOUBLE FUSEE BRACKET CLOCK The mahogany break arch top case enclosing a 7" silvered engraved dial with Roman numerals, Arabic minute track and concentric calendar, the arch with subsidiary Strike/Silent dial fronting a five pillar eight-day movement with foliate engraved backplate and later anchor escapement striking the hours on a bell39cm high handle downThe clock has been converted from verge to anchor, good honest original clock, original movement to case, the movement is complete and ticks when wound, we cannot guarantee clock movements. The silvered dial is worn when the minute hand is pushed around, the hour hand doesn't move, the case has good untouched colour and patina, a small shrinkage crack to the top of the case and three pieces of moulding missing from the bracket feet.

The bracket has a small break to the front mould which is present and will need regluing. The movement isn't running and will require attention but looks complete and is original to the case. The dial is in nice condition, with slight discolouration to the matted centre. The clock comes with original door keys.

A FINE EARLY 18TH CENTURY EBONISED BRACKET CLOCK WITH PULL QUARTER REPEAT the case with double basket top and torchere finials above a glazed door with pierced gilt sound frets and matching mounts enclosing a 7" arched brass dial with gilt pierced masked spandrels and silvered chapter ring surrounding a matted and engraved centre with foliate engraved mock pendulum aperture and calendar, the arch having subsidiary dials for regulation and Strike/Silent with blued centres fronting an eight-day double fusee movement with rise and fall verge escapement and pull quarter repeat on 6 bells striking the hours on a larger bell, the backplate with foliate scroll engraved decoration.48cm high handle down.The movement dial and case look to be original to each other and the case looks to have been repolished in the past not to a very good standard. There are some minor splits in the veneer due to shrinkage. The dial is in nice condition, with original hands. The hour hand has an old repair. The movement is complete and in working condition, but may need we would reccomend a service. The pendulum has been replaced but it has original verge escapement, the steel brackets holding the movement in place are later and would have originally only been fixed from underneath and the brackets are just for extra support. It strikes the correct hour and repeats the correct quarters. The movement isnt signed which is unusual for a Quare.

A EARLY GEORGE III MAHOGANY EIGHT-DAY MOON DIAL LONGCASE CLOCK The 13" brass arched dial with engraved name strip and revolving moon disc, above cast Rococo spandrels and a silvered chapter ring with Roman hour and Arabic outer minute markers enclosing a matted engraved centre with date ring and seconds dial fronting an eight-day repeating weight-driven movement with anchor escapement and rack strike on a bell. The hood with swan neck pediment and inset painted panels above reeded pilasters and matching sides to the trunk enclosing a shaped-top full-length door raised on a canted base with Ogee bracket feet.232cm high The clock is in good condition, movement is original to case and is complete, looks to have been cleaned in the past but would benefit from a service, it does run when wound but we can not guarantee mechanical parts. The case has a good colour and patina, there is a filled shrinkage crack to the base and a split running down the left canted corner. Extra images have been uploaded

The very top of the pediment has a joint split running across the front and the sides. Some Minor splits to the veneer to the case due to shrinkage. The dial is clean and nicely gilded to the spandrel and there is a very small section of the top right spandrel missing at 3 o'clock. The movement is complete and in working condition, chiming the correct quarters. The hour striking bell is present but has snapped on the bell staff and will need attention. The clock was previously sold by Millington Adams several years prior with a price tag of £27,900.

A 19th Century rosewood table bracket clock by James Condliff of Liverpool. The carved rosewood case having an arched pediment top with pierced brass gothic windows to sides. The central eight inch dial being signed with twin 8 day winding holes and Roman Numeral chapter ring. Silent strike option with screw pendulum and hour striking bell to reverse. Appears in working order, striking, winding and ticking correctly however minutes hand not present and not sold as guaranteed. Case in good order with some wear commensurate with age. Contained in an oak case with brass embellishments to case. Arch brass dial with maker name on a cartouche. 6" x 8". Case overall 9" x 14" (top of handle) x 7" deep. Condition report: Good condition: restored by owner who was a clock and watch repairer. Winding key present. Movement working but not fully tested. A/F.
