The dial is silvered, and slightly discoloured in parts, both wooden side panels are loose with damage and loss, as is the frame to the back door, strikes on eight gongs but as noted, there are no bells, there are four plates which hold the movement to the case, and these have later/modernish steel screws fixing it. The trunk door is generally good and not warped, the base has a vertical split, which should be easily visible, and there are smaller splits to the sides. The brass finial is damaged where it fits into the top of the case. Not a fusee movement.
