Flint Charing' (1733-1793), the matted gold dial with chamfered date aperture at six and silvered subsidiary seconds dial at twelve, pierced gilt hands, brass Roman numeral chapter ring with foliate scroll spandrels, the strung mahogany case with barbed arched top with barleytwist columns, over a trunk with canted corners, raised on bracket feet, 82¼in. (209cm.) high.

Evans, Lampeter, the hood having broken swan neck pediment with foliate inlaid panels above arched aperture flanked by baluster turned pillars, the waist with pointed arch cross banded door with foliate inlaid medallion, flanked by inset baluster turned pilasters on a cross banded and panelled base with bracket feet. 20"x 14" painted face having Roman numerals with cowhand and watering cattle to the arch and ruined church spandrels, seconds dial and date aperture, eight day two train movement striking on one bell, overall 230cm high approx.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Overall in fair condition, some scuffs and marks but no noted serious damage. includes pendulum and two weights.
19TH CENTURY OAK EIGHT DAY LONG CASE CLOCK marked: T.O.S. Wilson, London, having broken swan neck pediment above arched aperture, flanked by reeded columns, the waist with strap work frieze, pointed arch cross banded door flanked by quarter pilasters, panelled base on tall bracket feet. Arched brass face, 20" x 14", having gilded spandrels and silvered Roman chapter ring, particularly having sweep seconds hand, two train, eight day movement with four baluster columns, striking on one bell. Overall 2.33m.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: May be a marriage, case appears to have later additions, although appearing originally late Geogian, face movement probably Victorian, overall a little dry, the glazed door is cracked and will also need relocating, feet are later replacements. Has two weighs and a pendulum and also a key.
LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY MAHOGANY THREE TRAIN GEORGIAN STYLE BRACKET CLOCK, having stepped pediment with applied gilt metal foliate mount and acorn finials above arched aperture flanked by reeded Corinthian columns on a gilt metal mounted, moulded and stepped base on fluted gilt metal feet. Gilt brass arched face with silvered Roman chapter ring on chime/silent advance and strike indicators, with gilt metal spandrels. Three train movement striking on eight bells and five gongs. Movement back plate stamped: 1176 but unnamed. 65cm high.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Good overall condition, a little grubby but no noted damage or losses, minor wear and tear, particularly to angles, commensurate with age. Includes adjustable pendulum and key. Double fussee movement.
18TH CENTURY OAK CASED, EIGHT DAY, LONG CASE CLOCK, having later added broken swan neck pediment with ball and spike finials over an original moulded cornice with square aperture flanked by gilt metal mounted columns, plain waist door with oval shell inlay, vertically boarded base on later bracket skirt. 10.5" brass face with gilded spandrels and Roman silvered chapter ring, seconds dial and date aperture, 10.5" sq., eight day, two train movement with five baluster pillars, striking on one bell. Originally 195cm high, now 218 including finial.(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Good clean condition, appears to have been recently restored, the movement being very polished, pediment to hood with brass finials is an addition, as is the skirted base, chip to top left hand corner and bottom left hand corner of waist door, includes weights and pendulum. Four weights, including two replacements. dial plate dimensions: 27.5cm x 27.5cm approx.

Corner Frieze pieces off or coming away - we do have the pieces.Dial in good order. It has been running but we do not guarantee this that it keeps good time. Condition see image.

Easton of Petworth, thirty hour wall clock with alarm, 18th century, the 15 cm square brass dial with Roman numerals and floral engraved spandrels chiming on a bell and supported on a stained beech bracket with matching glazed hood. CONDITION REPORT: In our opinion the case has been made to accommodate the movement. It is probably circa 1920. There is damage to the front left hand corner of the cornice where there are losses. There is a further detached section of moulding at the rear left hand corner of the cornice. Other than this the case is in generally good condition. The movement appears to be complete. Whilst we have not had the clock running when weight is applied to both trains the clock seems to operate and strike. We have the pendulum.
A large triple fusee ebonised bracket clock, with silvered brass dial and striking and chiming on eight bells and a gong. Width 39 cm, height including handle 69 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The movement winds on all three trains. It is currently ticking away and appears to be striking as it should. All metalwork is present and other than being very dirty and dusty is in good condition. The ebonised cased is in generally good order with only minor losses to the ebonised surface. There is a small crushed area on the right hand canted angle to the right of the numeral 2. The movement itself whilst operating is fairly dusty and a little dirty. The dial is in generally good order with minor rubbing to the silvering. We have a door key and winding key.

A George III oak longcase clock, William Glover, Worcester, with eight day striking movement, dial width 30.5 cm, the case with moulded cornice, blind fretwork frieze, long trunk door and raised on bracket feet. Height 216 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The dial and movement are very clean. The movement winds on both trains and is ticking away and striking as it should. The date seems to operate when the movement is advanced manually. The case is in generally good condition with no significant issues. The hood is in generally good order. The left hand panel has an old vertical stress fracture. The door has a slight warp at the bottom left hand corner but in our opinion this is not problematic. The plinth panel has vertical stress fractures. The backboards are original.
A George III oak longcase clock, with silvered brass dial and thirty hour movement by D. Rollisson, Halton, and numbered "509", with date aperture and subsidiary seconds hand, with long arched trunk door, the base raised on bracket feet. Height 225 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This is an 11 inch square dial.
An Art Deco walnut grandmother clock, with silvered dial and three-train striking movement. Height 153 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The front right hand section of the bracket foot is detached. We have the piece. Otherwise the case is in generally good structural condition with only minor surface marks and scratches as one would expect. The polish in places is a little tired. The silvered brass dial is in reasonable order. The movement only winds on two trains. The centre train appears to have a problem. We do not have the bob part of the pendulum and cannot tell if the clock is working.
