An 18th century hooded wall clock by William Risbridger of Dorking, the 14cm circular chapter ring with black roman numerals, pierced brass spandrels, striking on a single bell, 21 x 15cm, with chain, weight and pendulum, housed in a pine wall bracket case, case 55cm high x 26.5 wide x 19cm deep (Qty: 1)There were three generations of William Risbridger's working in Dorking from the late 17th century onwards.
Early 20th century walnut cased bracket clock, Lenzkirch, one million, 118880, the case with overhanging cornice and cushion mounted pediment with cast and applied brass finials over canted corners with further brass inlaid detail and with lattice sound frets raised on splayed feet to a 15.5cm rectangular brass dial with cast and applied floral and foliate spandrels enclosing a silvered regulation scale over a further silvered Roman and Arabic chapter ring signed "Curtis & Horspool - Leicester" with half-hour markers to a matted centre and with blued steel fleur de lys hands to a signed movement with plates united by four screwed pillars with anchor escapement and strike on two blued steel coiled gongs, height 40cm
Mid-19th century ebonised twin fusee bracket clock, French - Royal Exchange, London, the arched case with overhanging cornice and fitted with single cast brass handle to an arched door before further arched and lattice brass sound frets to a plinth base and raised on ball feet to a 17.5cm arched and silvered dial with strike/silent subsidiary within engraved spandrels to a Roman chapter ring with outside minute track and finely pierced blued steel hands, to a twin chain fusee movement with plates united by five plain pillars and with anchor escapement and strike on a bell, height 43cm

Moulding missing, some old holes visible on case and alteration to platform, possibly had alterations or change of movement
Reproduction black chinoiserie lacquer bracket clock by Elliott of London for Mappin and Webb, the gilt dial with silvered chapter ring, Arabic and Roman numerals, the three train eight day lever movement with Winchester / Whittington chimes and strike / silent selector, 15ins high including the loop handleGenerally in very good condition with just a few minor chips to the gilt and black lacquer. No winding key present. Runs and strikes but is currently out of sync.

There are many signs of alteration as you can see from all the photos. Appears to be a different case movement and dial but all parts are antique.

A Regency brass mounted mahogany fusee bracket clock by William Hanson believed to have originally belonged to the Duke of Gloucester, enamel Roman numeral dial signed Will', Hanson Windsor', with twin fusee movement striking on a bell, engraved brass back plate also signed, the case the dome top and brass grills, on bracket feet, 38cm H (size with loop down), 30cm W x 18.5cm DPROVENANCE: Purchased from Noman Adams Ltd 7th April 1997 for £6120.00. the receipt states: 'The clock was originally owned by The Duke of Gloucester and left to his nephew the Duke of Cambridge and hen by decent through the Fitzgeorges'. CONDITION REPORT: It appears that the clock was cleaned throughout and with some repairs to make it retail condition. The glass to the back door door is not original. The are two initial stamps of WW to the bottom of the door aperture at the back. movement clean and bright. The nut for the bell may not be original. The internal panels which sit behind the brass grills are not original. Chip to the top left corner of the back door. Case with a couple of old cracks and general age wear. Enamel dial with some scratches, there is a slight blister to the enamel to the right of the name and a blemish to the enamel near the centre. Minor wear around the winding apertures. Colour good and coverall appearance ok. this is a mechanical item and therefore, we can not guarantee that it is in full working order.

A French bronze ormolu and variegated black marble mantel clock by Honore Pons 19 th century, of large proportions, the 5 inch silvered dial with roman numerals and 8-day movement striking on a bell with outside count wheel and Medaille d’Or 1827 stamp to the movement within a case cast with rams head top corners and anthemion bottom corners and an acorn and oak leaf cast swag below the dial, the case providing support for a bronze classical figure of Clio muse of History, in contemplation, raised on a substantial stepped base and plinth cast with acanthus and anthemion and stiff leaf boarders and on foliate wrapped scroll bracket feet, 80cm high, 21cm deep, 56cm wide Footnote: Honore Pons was also known Pons de Paul and most of his signed clocks were actually made by Delpine who took over his business in the 1840s. Pons was awarded silver and gold medals in Paris between 1819 and 1839.

London and North Eastern Railway oak cased Bracket Clock. The original 5 inch dial is lettered LNER 12258 and French circular pendulum movement is in cleaned condition. The oak case in original condition measures 9.5in wide x 14in tall x 6in deep. In working condition complete with pendulum and key. The LNER clock records show this clock as last being located at King's Cross Mr Harrison Chief Civil Engineers Office.

Case slightly faded in parts, top side of the pediment with mouldings slightly lifting, veneers with cracks in parts, front door with a later escutcheon and later lock plate, back silks are missing to the door frets, back door with one wooden fret broken and missing, the other fret has been replaced, possibly later finials and feet, dial with small scratches and slightly dirty, later wooden movement seatboard, movement backplate with small scratches and is slightly dirty.

Break arch style door, embellished corner decorations with brass lined mouldings to front and glazed side panels.Arched dial plate with gilded acanthus spandrels, Chime silent subsidiary dial,silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals and Arabic minute track. False pendulum and chamfered date aperture with matted brass centre and silvered name plate. The triple fusee movement, Chain driven with anchor escapement,four cannon pillars. Quarter striking Whittington tune on a nest of 8 silvered bells,hourly strike on a large single bell. Heavily engraved rear plate throughout,centred William Hughes, Holborn, with matching engraved pendulum bob. 43cm x 24cm x 18cm.
