A George III mahogany longcase clock by Henry Aspinwall of Kirkby Lonsdale, with swans neck pediment above the arched glazed door enclosing the silvered brass dial and with moon phase to the arch, with eight day movement, date aperture and subsidiary seconds dial flanked by turned columns, with long trunk door flanked by fluted quarter columns and with conforming base raised on bracket feet. Height 90 ins (see illustration).
