There is some very minor nibbles to the key winding apertures. Ormolu is all very good, some tarnishing and some rubbing and minor wear. Light damage scuff to front lefthand side acanthus leaf foot (at the knee) There are two small raised area’s in the centre of the dial, possibly a “touch up” see additional images (one between 9 o’clock and the dial and the other at 3 o’clock and the dial)

Charles Frodsham London repeating brass carriage clock with eight day two train spring driven movement striking on a bell. The movement with balance escapement has shaped baluster style pillars. Makers name engraved on the backplate and No0056 engraved on the base. Contained in a brass case with 4 reeded columns. A 2 1/4 inch white dial with Roman numerals surrounded by brass engraved panel of flowers and leaves. Bevelled glass to all sides and the top. Dimensions 8" to top of handle x 4" x 3 1/2" Condition report Good condition ticking and striking at time of cataloging. But not fully tested. Very slight tarnishing of brass.
