CONDITION REPORT: We have two weights and a pendulum with this clock. We have not had the clock set up and running. We do not have a key. The movement looks to be complete and is in reasonably clean condition. The face is as you see it in the image a little dirty. The second pointer is missing. The hood is in generally good condition with no losses and only minor stress fractures to the veneers. The glass would appear to be original. The trunk door is not warped. The sides of the case are in good condition also. The base has some veneer losses to the right hand top corner and further down near the bottom. The bracket feet are missing. The left hand train seems to wind but it feels as if there is tendency for the spring to slip. When the movement is advanced it does not appear to be striking correctly. The metal work to the clock case and the candelabra is rubbed in places. The marble on the clock itself has a small chip to the right hand pedestal between the two right hand pillars. There are also other small further edge nibbles but no significant issues with the marble. One of the candelabra has been broken at the narrow point of the scrolling upright. There is no loss to the metalwork, but a repair is required. Both candelabra have very minor nibbles to the marble.
