A special edition available in the final year of the MK1Õs production the Finesse came with a distinctive body stripe as well as a few choice upgrades. This Finesse however seems to have had every optional extra ticked including Front driving lamps, metallic paint, passenger side mirror, lift out sunroof, heated rear screen, cassette player, quartz clock and the rear blinds.In amazing time warp condition this car was bought new from Peter Garven Ford in Gateshead on the 25th of June 1983 for the price of £4,260 (original sale order included in the cars history file) it was owned by the same husband and then wife up until 2018 when it was bought by the current owner.The car comes with clues of how it has been cherished including the original deal air freshener supplied new still in the car as well as pop out sunroof cover and huge history file. Serviced and MOT tested every year from new by a Ford main dealer with stamps by Peter Garven ford in the original boo till 1988 then JenningÕs ford thereafter being the only garage to touch the car since. Extensive service history, original book pack and 2 sets of keys supplied with the car.The condition is only to be described as Ònear brand newÓ with 4 brand new Michelin tyres, the MOT history shows only 1 advisory in its entire history.
