The clock with sarcophagus shaped top and pineapple finial with central large white enamel dial having Roman numeral chapter ring in black and faceted hands. 19 Halcyon Days Enamels to include 16 enamelled boxes, 1 music box and 2 small clocks. Highlights include two boxes based on a Sevres potpourri vase and a porcelain tea service c.1765-70 in the Wallace Collection, a box where the panels were taken from 17th Century necklace in the British Museum, a Boodle & Dunthorne box and two pots from the 'Opera Flowers' series (Faust and Hansel & Gretel). The music box plays 'Easter Parade' by Irving Berlin, 1933. The clocks include a shooting scene for James Purdey & Sons and a red clock with hummingbirds amongst flowers. Three boxes included (two purchased from Boodle & Dunthorne).Condition report: Generally good condition, the bottom part of the screwtop lid on the smaller Opera Flowers box has detached, the Purdey clock has been badly damaged to one side panel and the handle is very loose.

Serial Number: 116503. 18cm (7in) wide, 13.5cm 5.5in) deep, 22.5cm (9in) high.Qty: 1Condition report: The clock was tested and worked for around 3 hours before slowing and ultimately coming to a stop. Brass surfaces are tarnished in areas with some surface scratches, glass panels are dirty, disc pendulum is also tarnished in areas.

Serial Number: 324296. 18cm (7in) wide, 13.5cm 5.5in) deep, 22.5cm (9in) high.Condition report: Tested for two days and kept time accurately, no warranty given. The clock has been well kept, some minor tarnishing to areas of the case, glass in good condition.

Three hundred clocks are recorded being made by Reason Murday, this clock numbered 238 only eighty of these clocks are recorded to have a glass chapter ring as fitted to this example with painted Roman numerals, turned mahogany base, glass dome missing.height 30cm (12")Condition report: Glass chapter ring in good order, however, painted numerals have been rubbed almost completely away, brass frame and movement slightly tarnished, glass dome missing.

With a single train chain fusee movement stamped Elliott of London 23007, with heavy transit plates between movement and dial for shipping, 46cm overall, with pendulum and key.
