Martie & Cie, height 31cm, with pendulum and key (Condition Report: the clock winds runs and chimes, striking on correct hour at time of report, the three uppermost pieces of gilt metal on the front of the case are slightly loose on their fastenings, the left hand has a replacement pin and also an area of dried glue on the tortoiseshell, otherwise all tortoiseshell appears intact some chipping to the enamel around the winding holes and around the pin protruding above '60', there is a hole in the base due to repositioning of the gong support)

A LATE 19TH/ EARLY 20TH CENTURY FRENCH GILT METAL AND TORTOISESHELL MANTEL CLOCK, the cast brass dial with white and blue enamel Roman numerals, eight day movement, striking on a gong on the hour and half hour, the movement stamped with a spade shaped mark and 87114 4 11, height 36.5cm, with pendulum and key and a giltwood and velvet stand (Condition Report: clock winds, runs and chimes, striking on the correct hour at the time of report, uppermost piece of gilt metal is loose on the fastenings, the gilt foot on the front right is slightly loose on the fastenings, the interior of the case has some of the fastening pins showing through on the other side, a few scuffs to the tortoiseshell on the sides but all seems to be intact)

A LATE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH BRASS AND PORCELAIN PANEL CLOCK, the caddy pediment with five turned finials, two turned columns to the front, the rectangular porcelain dial with silvered ground and gilded and enamelled in relief with foliage blossom, harebells, birds and a butterfly, white and black Arabic numerals, the two porcelain side panels with similar decoration, eight day movement, striking on a bell on the hour and half hour, the movement stamped Japy Freres and 3730 14.7, the pendulum also numbered 3730, on a stepped rectangular base with four flattened bun feet, height 34cm, with pendulum and key (Condition Report: clock winds, runs and chimes but was striking one hour ahead at time of report, the porcelain panels are all intact, there is some wear to the foliate engraving on the sloped section just below the dial, the paper lining inside the movement door has a couple of rips, otherwise in fairly good condition)

A LATE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH ORMOLU MANTEL CLOCK OF FOLIATE ROCOCO SCROLL DESIGN, the circular dial with blue and white enamel numbers, the 'VI' named 'RAINGO A PARIS', eight day movement, striking on a bell on the hour and half hour, the rear of the movement also marked with maker's name and stamped 1595 which corresponds with the number stamped on the back of the case, height 27cm, with pendulum and key (Condition Report: clock winds, runs and chimes on the correct hour, gilding has some patches of wear, the front of the clock is open as is the back but the circular frame surrounding the back of the movement has a hinge at the side but does not open and the bell sits proud of the frame, replacement screw on the bell, the sections of ormolu fastened on screws are in need of tightening)

A LATE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH ORMOLU MANTEL CLOCK OF SHAPED CYLINDRICAL FORM, the circular top with seated cherub surmount above beaded and lotus leaf casting, the circular white enamel dial with Roman numerals, eight day movement with bell strike, chiming on the hour and half hour, the movement stamped for Japy Freres, the case cast with swags, foliate scrolls, concave fluted band above an open circular lotus leaf base with four circular feet and two side supports, clock height 34cm, with pendulum and key, together with an ebonised and velvet oval wooden stand and oval perspex dome, height 38cm (Condition Report: the clock, winds, runs and chimes on the correct hour, the dial has a number of chips to the enamel surrounding the winding holes, there are patches of wear to the gilding, the perspex dome is mounted and glued into a black rubber edging, therefore edge damage to the dome is not possible to assess but there are no visible cracks)

TWO AESTHETIC MANTEL CLOCKS, the larger one of rectangular form with brass finials to the corner uprights, the front of the case inset with six brass panels embossed with foliate designs, the blue and white ceramic dial printed with Arabic numerals surrounding flowers, eight day movement, the eight day movement with gong strike in poor condition, the rear door in two pieces, on four brass feet, height 29cm x width 18.8cm x depth 12.2cm, the other clock with ebonised and brass mounted case, handle to the top, blue, white and gilt printed dial with Arabic numerals, 30 hour movement, height with handle raised 22cm, with key (2 + key) (Condition Report: the larger clock is missing the fret gallery, the minute hand has a section missing, the movement / gong has rusting and doesn't run, the back door is broken, a section of the fret work is missing from the front left leg, the smaller clock has two pieces of brass missing to the sides, there are splits to the front of the case above and below the dial, the movement winds and runs)

A LATE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH WHITE MARBLE AND GILT METAL CLOCK GARNITURE, the clock with urn surmount above a circular white enamel dial painted with floral swags, Arabic numerals, eight day movement, bell strike, sunburst pendulum with female mask to centre, the case with four Doric columns, shaped base on four short beaded feet, height 43cm, the garnitures of twin handled urn form, height 32.5cm (3 + pendulum - NO KEY) (Condition Report: clock winds, ticks and runs continuously but is chiming an hour behind, the gilding is worn in a number of places, a section of gallery is loose on the clock, a number of nibbles and small chips to the edges of the marble, one of the garnitures has a repaired section to the plinth, some metalwork is slightly bent and sections are loose and require tightening)
