A 20th century carved wood Black Forest German cuckoo clock. The clock having hunting bugle to chapter ring surround with birds to either side of clock face and a stag (antlers present but unattached) between crossed hunting rifles. Accompanied by pine cone metal weights. Schneider Sohne to movement. Stamped made in Germany. Cuckoo noise and bird movement at time of cataloguing - all clocks sold as untested.
An Edwardian oversized mahogany Grandfather Clock, the swan neck pediment cornice with brass finials surmounted over glazed doors with enamel and hand painted dial depicting various hunting scenes and with moon phase dial by E. Hoclee, Oldham, flanked either side by turned pillar supports, the case with panel doors and similar columns on box base, approx. 244cms high (8'). (1)
