Hoy, having fret cut arch pediment above arched aperture flanked by baluster turned pillars, the waist with rosewood cross banded and satin strung arch moulded door flanked by canted angles, on a rosewood cross banded panel base. Arch painted face with portrait and foliate motifs, Roman numerals, seconds dial and date aperture with indistinct place of origin. Eight day, two train movement striking on one bell. 214cm high, the face 44 x 31cm wide. CONDITION REPORT: Overall clean condition, the fret work pediment may not be original, face is well painted, scuffs and wear commensurate with age. Only 2 weights

Arch painted face with Roman numerals, and figure and architectural decoration, having Roman numerals, seconds dial and date aperture. Eight day, two train movement striking on one bell. 235cm high overall, face 50 x 36cm. CONDITION REPORT: Generally very grubby, losses to veneers in places of fairly large proportions, wear to the face, seconds dial lacks finger, includes weights and pendulum.

Painted arched face with Roman numerals, seconds dial and date aperture. Eight day, two train movement, striking on one bell. 214cm high, the face 46 x 32cm approx. CONDITION REPORT: Lacks original finials to the hood, face has some wear, basically fair condition.Has weights and pendulum.

LATE 18TH/EARLY 19TH CENTURY EIGHT DAY, OAK, LONG CASE CLOCK, marked: Snelling of Alton, the case with arch moulded hood over arched aperture, flanked by turned pilasters, plain moulded door to the waist on a panelled base with later platform support. Painted arch face, with fishing scene and gilded foliate spandrels, Roman and Arabic numerals and seconds dial. Eight day, two train movement, striking on one bell. 199cm high, the face, 42 x 31cm approx. CONDITION REPORT: Appearing a clean, sound little clock, some crazing and a little grubby to the face, vertical cracks to the lower panel of the base, and the skirted platform is not original, scuffs and minor wear and tear commensurate with age.

EARLY 19TH CENTURY MAHOGANY LONG CASED CLOCK, having broken swan neck pediment above dentil cornice, arched aperture flanked by spirally turned columns, satinwood strung moulded door to the waist, flanked by quarter spirally moulded pilasters on a panel base. Arch painted face with seconds and date dials and Roman numerals, naively painted with portraits of country girls and indistinctly bearing maker's name. Eight day, two train movement, striking on one bell. 212cm high overall, the face 50cm x 36cm wide, approx. CONDITION REPORT: The clock lacks its original feet and so appears rather short, pediment has damage, face overall is very naively painted and crazed, the numerals not well defined. Includes pendulum and two weights.

LATE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH BRASS REPEATING CARRIAGE CLOCK, having full depth enamel face with Roman numerals, the striking movement on one gong. 14.5cm high. Together with original carrying case and key. CONDITION REPORT: The case lacks its original gilded finish, winds and ticks, the leather carrying case is heavily worn with splitting and also the carrying handle is broken.

CONDITION REPORT: Good condition overall, the face has been well re-painted, the case is in fair to good original condition, vertical splits to the base and lower panel, scuffs and wear commensurate with age, together with two weights and pendulum.
