A MID 19TH CENTURY ORMOLU AND PORCELAIN MOUNTED MANTEL CLOCK, the case surmounted with a twin handled urn, the dial painted with cherub and Roman numerals, eight day movement, bell strike, the back plate engraved 'Wm McGregor, Edinburgh, 7 S.O. Castle Street' and 'ROBLIN ET FILS FRERES, A PARIS' numbered 24787, female mask and cornucopia mounts to the sides, porcelain panels to the front, on a seperate plinth, height 40cm (with pendulum and key)
A MID 19TH CENTURY ORMOLU AND PORCELAIN MANTEL CLOCK, the case surmounted by an urn shaped finial and ribbon, the circular dial painted with bird and flowers and Roman numerals, eight day movement, bell strike, the backplate stamped 'HY MARC PARIS' in an oval, and 54992, another indistinct mark behind the bell, lion mask ring handles to the sides above foliate scrolls, hand painted porcelain inset to the front, height 31.5cm, with pendulum, no key and a pair of gilt metal and porcelain garnitures (3) (Condition:- the garnitures: one has a break on the metal pedestal, the other has a split across the metal finial. Clock feet are loose, ribbon above dial is slightly mishapen. Clock is ticking. All porcelain appears to be in good order.
