A 19th Century French Gilt Metal and Porcelain Mounted Mantle Clock by S Martie & Cie, the case stamped by Philipe H Mourey, No.12679, the 3.5ins porcelain dial with gilt Arabic numerals and painted with ribbons and flowers to centre with pink border to the eight day striking movement (lacking bell) contained in drum-pattern case surmounted by two-handled urn, inset with porcelain panels painted with figures in a landscape with porcelain columns to front flanked by bacchanalian cherubs and on shaped base with porcelain and turned feet 21.5ins highThe clock presents in 'as found' condition, the gilding is mostly present and in good condition but is patchy around the two cherubs, particularly around the torso and limbs and there is evidence of re-gilding to the front of the clock itself. The main body of the clock to the sconce at the top has one of the left hand handles/mounting brackets broken off but is present. The base has several cracks to the front in the centre. The enamel work is mostly quite good, with just a few slight hairline cracks. One of the bottom right hand bulbous feet is detached, the rear door is not present. The mechanism appears to be complete but should be regarded as untested (possibly non functional). The hands appear original. Overall and honest thing requiring attention. Please note - Prospective bidders are strongly advised to study all additional images closely prior to bidding.

A Small Collection of Royal Crown Derby Bone China Old Imari Pattern 1128, eleven items including - candlestick, 7ins high, candle snuffer, 4.82ins high, mantel clock, 4.125ins high, a covered box, two shaped dishes and three hexagonal trinket boxes and covers, pattern 1295All of the items in this lot are in good condition with no obvious damage/loss/restoration other than there is slight wear to the metal on the lighter's mechanism, the two small dishes of lobed outline have a few very slight areas of wear to the wide gilded band inside and the inside of the candlestick has very slight wear to the gilding

A George III Mahogany Bracket Clock, the 7.75ins arched brass dial with silvered chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, engraved silvered dial centre with date aperture, to the eight day two train verge movement, the backplate engraved with bird, leaf scroll and floral ornament, contained in case with inverted bell-shaped top, with gilt brass folding carrying handle and pineapple finials, the door set with fretted panels to corners and with gilt brass caryatid and floral mounts to cant corners, the sides now fully glazed, on bracket feet, 20ins highExternally the clock presents in good overall condition. It does show several minor cracks to the mouldings which is normal for a clock of this age, about six in number.  The top appears to be original as is the carrying handle. The swags appear original but should be regarded as in need of re-gilding. The glass is intact and appears to be original with no obvious signs of chips or other damage. The dial appears to be in good order although it may have been re-silvered at some point.  The black baton numerals are clear and crisp and the hands appear original. The door functions correctly, the hinges appear original and free from any obvious sign of previous damage. The mechanism appears to be complete but is unsigned, however we cannot warrant the originality of all components.  The clock winds, runs and sets but should be regarded as untested. The key is present.
