Modern mahogany eight-day clock, arched hood, long door, bracket feet, 28cm arched brass dial with moon phase, triple weight German movement striking on gongs, height 193cm.Condition report:Set up and appears in working order in the saleroom, although we cannot guarantee keeping time over a long period. There is a plaque to the inner door stating limited edition of 500, number 203, by Richard S Morley, dated 1991. Top centre finial missing from the hood. Some surface marks and wear to the case but generally fine. Winding key and case key both present.

Oak and mahogany longcase clock, hood with bird finial and swan neck pediment, fluted columns, trunk with long door, plinth base, twelve inch arched painted dial signed Penniston, Horncastle, eight day movement striking on a bell, 207cm.Condition report:Crude repair to the pediment and split to the box base, otherwise the case looks ok, cracked glass to the hood, dial is good, has weights and pendulum.
William IV mixed wood longcase clock, hood with bird finial, swan neck pediment, turned columns, trunk with short door, bracket feet, fourteen inch arched brass dial signed Henry Higginbotham, Macclesfield, rocking ship to the lunette, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, eight day movement striking on a bell, 240cm, with two weights, pendulum and winding key. Condition report:It appears to be working on quickly assembly in the saleroom although would benefit from being professionally installed. Some tarnishing and wear to the silvered chapter ring. The painted arch is good and the galleon moves with the seconds. Some old spot repairs to the case but generally well presented. No key for the trunk and so the door swings open at present.Dial - 50.5x35.6cm, image of the movement has been puloaded to the lot page on the website for you to view.
