A Trigona brass skeleton clock in the form of a windmill, mid 20th century, with 8 day fusee movement, in brass framed five glass display case and on an ebonised base with three brass feet and inset level bubble, with pendulum and winding key, clock 22 by 9 by 34cm high, case and base overall 30 by 20.5 by 49cm high.
A Victorian gilt brass carriage clock, with very faint remains of signature below dial, but likely '....London', silvered pressed dial with black painted Arabic numerals, applied cast gilt centre, black hands, plain matte gold coloured surround, the case with set-out fluted columns and cast borders, hinged decorative handle, five bevelled glass sides and deep top window, 8 day twin train movement chiming on a coil, with lever platform escapement, numbered 5462, dial 5cm, 10.5 by 9.5 by 14.5cm high, 19.5cm high with handle raised.Notes: not in working condition.
A French gilt brass and porcelain repeating carriage clock, late 19th century, with porcelain dial and sides decorated in blue and white with sailing boats, gilt circled blue Arabic numerals with silver and gold dot markers, black hands, the case with cast floral borders, hinged fluted handle, bevelled glass to front, top and back, 8 day twin train movement chiming and repeating the hours on a coil, with lever platform escapement, dial 5cm, 8 by 6.5 by 13cm high, 15.5cm high with handle raised.Notes: in working condition but striking an hour more than it should.
An early 20th century pierced brass cased mantel clock, by the British Union Clock Company, having enamelled chapter ring with Arabic numerals, h.15cmCondition report: Break to glass from 1-8 o’clock, with further break at 1.The movement is very loose within the case.Dial discoloured.Finial bent.
A metal cased Mantel Clock having a part gold and part black finished case surmounted by a kneeling figure of a fisher boy, the case with crossed oars and an anchor as well as marine plants and trailing ivy and inset with oval alabaster panels (one damaged), the movement by Japy Freres having Roman numerals and chiming on a bell, 16 1/2'' wide x 14 9/16'' high x 5 3/4'' deep. Pendulum and winder present. Minute hand retaining nut absent and some losses to reeds to upper back.
An Art Deco style mantle Clock of square form having quarter-veneered face with Roman numerals at the quarter hour positions, the other hours indicated by diamond shaped studs, the brass place movement marked Rotherham English Movement Serial no. A02945, with engine turned finish, and perspex encased, and rear-mounted toggle winder, 7 1/2'' tall x 6'' wide.
An impressive Alabaster cased Mantel Clock, the putto surmounted drum-shaped enclosed movement by ''Japy Freres & Ce., Med' D'honheur Grande Exposition 1855'', numbered 2883/77, striking on a bell and having the anchor escapement visible to the face which has Roman numerals and regulator square spindle above the 12 o'clock position and with a pendulum window beneath. 14 1/4'' wide x 6 1/8'' deep x 19 3/4'' high approx.
An elegant Ormolu/gilded Mantel Clock having a movement striking on a bell by Japy Freres & C., numbered 2725/64 with white enamelled face with Roman numerals, regulator square spindle above the 12 o'clock position, the case surmounted by two putti, one possibly Eros, gazing down at two butterflies to the plinth with crossed Olympic style torch and arrow quiver, a chain beneath the face supported by the beaks of flanking perched birds. Complete with a white marble plinth but an upper plinth is missing and accordingly the clock does not sit level. 11 1/2'' wide x 5 3/8'' deep x 14 5/8'' high, pendulum present, key lacking.
An elegant Brass cased Lantern type mantel Clock having scrolling flowering stem decoration, lion masks detail pediment and dome top with pine cone finials, the two train Japy Freres movement striking the hours and half hours on a bell and numbered GV 3108/48 with the face blued metal hands and porcelain Arabic numeral hour markers. Pendulum and key present. 12 1/5'' high x 6 3/16'' x 6 3/16''.
