Die Farben sind frisch und lebhaft, der Stil ist nüchtern und präzise, und der Strauß hebt sich klar vom anthrazitgrauen Hintergrund der Wand ab. Iris, Trichterwinde und Dahlien entfalten ihre fröhlichen Farben von Blau bis Rosa-orange in einem regenbogenartigen Spektrum. Links der Vase weiße und blaue Blüten liegend, sowie rechts ein Paar samtig schimmernde, gelb-rötliche Pfirsiche.
