Pair of turn of the century Royal Worcester oval porcelain plaques painted by John Stinton, the first example depicting highland cattle watering against misty mountains, titled 'Loch Lomond' verso, the second depicting cows watering before a bridge with church in the distance, titled 'Bakewell Bridge Derbyshire', each signed J Stinton, each with puce printed mark verso, and date codes for 1899 and 1900, each contained within gilt frame with mount, plaques approximately 14.5cm x 23cm, overall 29.5cm x 38cmCondition Report: Plaques appear to be in good general condition, however example with highland cattle does have a few very small losses to paint to mountains upper right, and two smaller to trees left, and small scratch above signature. Frames have been re-gilded, and have had some repairs, and have some small losses.Please note that the plaques have no been inspected out of the frame.
