One stamped on reverse "Official War Office Photographs", 125 approx. covering all aspects of the war. FO Freeman served as a navigator for 211 Squadron flying in Beaufighters and was awarded the DFC for Gallantry in 1944, after the war he joined the management of Berrows Worcester Journal
