(1)* Signed by Author, & dated August 17, 1928, also inscribed "(From Mr. Dale Warren Houghton Mifflin Co.)", also a T.L.s. tipped in, from Houghton Mifflin, Publishers to Harry Worcester Smith, Massachusetts, dated July 19, 1928, re publication of the above. H.W. Smith wrote the Forward to the Collected Works of Sommerville & Ross, published N. York 1927.
Two Worcester coffee cups; one with grooved loop handle and decorated in coloured enamels with lavish flower sprays and a dot and line border, the other of short proportions with unusual scrolling handle and painted in coloured enamels with flowers and having a gilt rim, c1768.
