A LATE 19TH CENTURY GRAINGER & CO, WORCESTER LARGE RETICULATED POT POURRI VASE AND COVER, the urn-shaped vase pierced and gilded with scrolling foliate with forked serpent handles, raised on a tapering square plinth, the domed cover with pierced and gilt finial, base with blue printed mark with date code for 1898, the cover with brown printed mark with date code for 1893. 51cm by 25cm (a/f)The absence of a Condition Report does not imply that a lot is without imperfections. Repaired - between the vase body and the base there should be a knopped stem, there is putty residue between the vase body and the 'cup' of the stand, possible repair to one handle as the central join where the top and bottom sections split, some rubbing and scratching to gilding.
