Indian Colonial Antique Sandalwood Writing Box Of The Finest Carving Depicting Elephants With Hunters In A Jungle Setting, Hunting tigers, The top & four sides profusely carved. Terminating on turned bun feet. The Interior of the box with envelope compartment, carved with a double headed bird figure with silvered metal hinges. Circa 1820/40. 11'' in width, 6'' in height, 6'' in deep.
