Unusual 17th or early 18th century hunting hanger, having brass mounted horn grip and saw backed curved blade within brass mounted leather scabbard. Blade measures 61cm, 77cm long overall approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT) NO IN-HOUSE SHIPPING ON THIS LOT. Near relic condition with much wear, dents, tarnishing and pitting to blade.
A WWII period Finish Hunting/Fighting Knife, the straight single edge blade over a brass hilt and antler one piece grip, in a brown leather scabbard, blade length 17.7cm.*Notes- This knife was given to the vendor by a Mr Simo Lehiti who served in the Finish Army during the 'Winter War' 1939-1940. It is believed that Mr Lehiti constructed the knife with antler from a moose that he had shot. He carried the knife with him throughout WWII.

A hunting sword c 1730, of a type favoured by naval officers, straight single edged blade 23½" stamped on both sides with crescent and three stars maker's mark, brass hilt embossed with roccoco style figures (worn) and with fluted dark wood grip.
