A Gentleman's Manual Wind Full Hunting Cased Wristwatch by J W Benson of London, 18ct gold case, 36mm diameter with gold dust cover, white enamel dial with black Roman baton numerals and manufacturer's name, on brown non-conforming leather strap, gross weight 49.3gThe watch presents in excellent overall condition showing wear commensurate with age and usage, no visible external dents worthy of note but some light scratching which will polish out. The black digits around the bezel are clear and concise, the crystal is free from any sign of damage and there is no visible sign of any hairline cracks on the enamel dial. The dust cover internally is marked 18carat. The watch winds, runs and sets but should be regarded as untested. The gross weight of 49.3grams is inclusive of the strap which we will not remove. Prospective buyers are strongly advised to study all images closely prior to bidding
A 19th Century Colonial Silver Lidded Cup and and Eastern Bowl, the lidded cup by Hamilton & Co. of Calcutta, the panelled lid and body embossed and chased with floral and leaf ornament, with presentation inscriptions to three panels, leaf cast scroll handle and on conforming circular foot rim, 5ins high, weight 11.6ozs, and an Eastern circular bowl chased and embossed with hunting scene, on three paw feet, 3.75ins diameter x 2.5ins high, weight 3.5ozs Hamilton & Co lidded cup - The hinge is intact, tight and works well. Thumbpiece again is in position. No obvious damage/loss/repair. The moulded/cast detail shows some very minor scattered wear. The plain silver panelled sections show some typical all over very minor scattered scratching/wear. The inscriptions are engraved on three panels, and are as follows: "George Watson Neish. 11th July 1849", "From R.G.R to G.H.L", and "Roderick Alexander Hutchison 24th August 1943". Bowl - all three feet have been slightly pushed in, one more so. The round profile of rim is now slighly distorted. There is some very minor scattered wear to raised detail. There is some very minor scattered wear to plain silver sections.

An 18ct Gold Half Hunting Cased Keyless Pocket Watch by Army & Navy of London, Serial No. 8607, 46mm diameter, white enamel dial with black Roman baton numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, total gross weight 88.1gThe watch presents in good overall condition showing wear commensurate with age and moderate usage. There are some minor dents and abrasions to the rear of the case again commensurate with usage. The inner glass is not present. The black numerals on the chapter are also in good condition. The enamel dial is free from any obvious sign of damage or previous repair, there are no visible hairline cracks. The watch has no inner dust case, we have a hallmark on the inner of the case and the watch winds runs and sets but should be regarded as untested. We would strongly recommend that any prospective bidder studies all images closely prior to bidding.

The decanter with frosted rim & faceted neck, featuring heavily engraved body including hunting & country scenes, including game birds, swags and thistles. Etched with name John Mear & dated 1774. Smooth pontil to underside. With heavy damage & repair, including impact hole above the '4' of the date, lacking stopper. Measures approx. 25cm tall.
