A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE 'HUNTING' PUNCH BOWL Qianlong, Circa 1770, the exterior decorated with bright enamels and gilt, in the Mandarin palette with two shaped panels, depicting huntsmen and a pack of hounds, with distant buildings and foxes leaping into a tree, with hounds in full pursuit, all on a Y patterned ground and further panels of birds and foliage, the interior with a roundel depicting a huntsman on foot with two dogs approaching a pheasant amongst foliage, all beneath an elaborate border under the rim, three hairline cracks and one small star crack, 30cm diameter.

A French porcelain fluted "Derby' punch bowl, painted on the exterior with a pair of polychrome panels of hunting scenes linked by purple and gilt floral sprays between borders of vines and bunches of grapes, the rims gilt, 26cm diam, painted pseudo Derby mark in iron red, late 19th c . Slight wear to the gilding on the top surface of the rim but in fine condition with no restoration. A decorative example by either Sampson or a competitor
An 18ct gold keyless lever half hunting cased pocket watch, the enamel dial with subsidiary seconds dial, royal blue enamel outer chapters, in engraved case, London 1908. In fine condition, showing little sign of having been worn, the enamel to the dial undamaged and in apparently good working order. The watch retains its maroon morocco case. Feels "as new'. (See lot 790 for illustration).
AFTER CECIL CHARLES WINDSOR ALDEN. Hunting Scenes, two, half tone reproductions, signed in the plate and dated 1911 or 1912, the latter inscribed Crick, both signed to the margin in pencil, 55 x 72cm & c as a pair (2) . Very slight fading and somewhat dusty, minor foxing affecting the mount of one, the ebonised frames now of rather shabby appearance.
A Derby plate, painted with a fox hunting scene, by Robert Brewer or William Cotton in a gilt frame and foliate border, 22cm diam, Robert Bloor & Co, painted crown, crossed batons, D and gilder's no. 11 in iron red, 39 in puce, c1815. Some slight wreathing of the glaze on the reverse, small localised wear to the gilding on the extreme edge of the rim but in generally excellent overall condition, no damage or restoration.
