Unusual Victorian gold and enamel hunting signet ring, the oval bezel with an enamel panel depicting a fox's head, in gold setting, the underside of the bezel engraved - July 1st 1896. Ring size N½ CONDITION REPORT Damage to enamel, there ia a horizontal crack below the fox's head and losses tot e enamel along the left hand edge, surface scratches/scuffs and further minor chips. Total gross weight approx 5.1 grams. No hallmarks. Shank has wear commensurate with its age and shows evidence of having been worn with another ring
