A Victorian rosewood tea caddy, of sarcophagus form, with Gothic style carved decoration, 33 cm wide Condition report Report by RB Generally good, in a market fresh condition, top more faded than the sides, a few small areas of staining, some loss to the fleur de lys banding (top and bottom), to all corners, with a mixing bowl, slightly smaller, probably later, and cracked, and with two tea canisters to the interior, also with some staining.
A good Georgian burr yew wood tea caddy bombe form, box wood strung domed hinged lid bearing two diamond motifs with canted sides into a flared scotia form ledge with lightly flared sides, lifting to reveal a recessed compartment finished with pink velvet lining bearing five tassels, twin division interior both covered by square yew wood lids with centralised turned ivory roundel form handles, ivory diamond form escutcheon to front upper centre, on four cast bracket and lion paw supports, 8 x 5in. (20.25 x 12.75cm.), 7in. (17.75cm.) high.
An Art Deco copper spirit kettle 1920s, of unusual geometric design formed of seven opposing triangles, square lid with two arched vents and centralised hexagonal faceted bakelite finial, waisted form bakelite handle on two opposing squat supports, diamond form spout, on propeller form burner complete with dual purpose caddy/burner lid, 9¾ x 10½in. (24.75 x 26.75cm.).

A pair of mid-late 18th century silver tea caddies, Edward Darvill, London, circa 1760, each of rectangular form with floral scroll repousse decoration, the side panels with engraved crest and shield and the domed hinged covers with Chinaman finials, raised on pierced collet feet, 13.5cm high, presented within later satin wood two division caddy box with bud finial and raised on four shell bun feet, the silver hinges hallmarked RG, Sheffield 1812, together with associated white metal shell bowl caddy spoon, caddy box measures 22.5cm wide, 21.5cm high and 16cm deep (at fault)
