Slight scratches to back and rosewood banding lifting in places. Interior with matched mixing bowl. Both compartments in good condition. Veneer is good.

A George III Satinwood and Marquetry Tea Caddy, of canted rectangular form decorated with shell patera, containing two lidded compartments with ivory knops, 19cm wide. In restored condition with one section of veneer replaced to rear. 2cm split to veneer on front. Other minor splits and lifting of veneers. Typical extensive loss to tinning in interior.
A George III Mahogany, Ebony and Parquetry Tea Caddy, of lozenge shape, decorated with oval paterae within geometric borders, the hinged cover enclosing three metal canisters, 26cm long; and A Similar Boxwood and Ebony Strung Partridgewood Tea Caddy, enclosing two lidded compartments with foliate panels and ivorine knops, 19.5cm diameter. First in restored condition, with detached hinged. Second in restored condition.
A Victorian Silver Tea-Caddy, by Henry Wilkinson and Co., Sheffield, 1838, in the George III style, bombé and on four scroll-cast feet, chased with a foliage and rocaille cartouche with an engraved coat-of-arms, the cover with baluster finial, 13.5cm high, 9oz 9dwt . Fully marked on one side and on cover. There is wear to the marks with some only partly visible. There is otherwise overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is noticeable as a softening to the high points and engraving.
