A 19th Century antique Austrian fine porcelain tea caddy of square form hand painted with cartouche panel depicting three maidens, one with string of flowers, one with basket and one collecting flowers in field with clouded sky. Fantastic gilded framed border with turquoise and beaded gilt outer border having leaves to corners. The sides decorated with turquoise blue and deep red gilded patterns having scrollwork and beaded medallions. The top decorated in pink and green with further gilding. The reverse decorated with oval purple cartouche and yellow, salmon and lilac panels profusely gilded. The base having painted Bindenschild Shield / Beehive mark to base possibly for Royal Vienna Porcelain and signed in ocher ' Flora '. Measures: 10cm. Condition: In good order some gilding wear but no visible chips or cracks. No lid present.
