A late 19th century Tunbridge Ware rosewood two division tea caddy, the top decorated with a floral panel within a geometric border, on turned bun feet, 11.5cm H x 19cm W x 10cm D CONDITION REPORT: The caddy has been re-polished but using the original Tunbridge Ware makers recipe. Top with a slight hair line crack running through the main block. Paper to the underside stained and with some losses. Some small losses to the tesserae here and there. Crack to the base board. One of the internal lids with two small losses at edge. Overall appearance ok.
