A rare painted wood teapot tea caddy, with parcel gilt decoration with a fan patera, the hinged lid with a turned finial to a foil lined interior, probably 19th century, 17.8cm high, 22.8cm wide. Lot 104 – teapot tea caddy. Old hairline splits to lid and around the back edge of lid where it meets the hinge. The lid with a slight smile. Old surface marks, dents and minor scratches to surface overall. Some wear to gilding especially to the fan patera on the front of the caddy and also to a finial and detailing on the handle. Old hairline cracks to base.

λ William IV tortoiseshell pagoda shape tea caddy, inlaid with mother of pearl flowers, leaves and butterflies, the interior with ivory edging and with twin lidded compartments on ball feet, 12.6cm high, 15.4cm wide, 10.7cm deep. Lot 105 – tortoiseshell tea caddy. Small chips with losses to corners of lid. Some losses to pewter stringing and minor lifting. Old damages and losses around the hinges. Lid warped slightly, small nicks to tortoiseshell on edges of body with some losses. Two mother of pearl leaves missing. Old chips to edges of lids to the interior. A little warped, one corner repaired. Two different handles. Lock tooth missing. Some veneer chips to base. One foot loose, needs re-fixing.
λ An early Victorian tortoiseshell pagoda shape tea caddy, inlaid with pewter stringing, the front with mother of pearl flowers, the interior with ivory edging and twin lidded divisions with vegetable ivory handles, on ball feet, 13.5cm, 19cm wide, 12.5cm deep. Lot 106 – a tortoiseshell tea caddy. General wear consistent with age and use with small nicks to edge of lid and corners with minor losses. Some pewter stringing lifting to the back right corner. Some veneer cracks to the back of the caddy and around the hinges. The front is inlaid with mother of pearl on what appears to be tortoiseshell but could possibly be a faux tortoiseshell ground, with some cracks and losses to the pewter stringing on the right hand edge. Some small chips to the base with a repair. The interior lids are slightly warped. Evidence of re-gluing to one ivory foot. Slight lifting to some tortoiseshell.
λ A Regency tortoiseshell pagoda shape tea caddy, inlaid pewter stringing the hinged lid with a white metal plaque inscribed with the initials 'MAR', to a twin lidded interior with ivory handles on brass ball feet, 15cm high, 17.3cm wide, 10.8cm deep. Lot 109 – a pagoda shaped tortoiseshell tea caddy. The lid with some blooming to the tortoiseshell and the silver plated plaque is tarnished. Chips to the front left corner of the lid and back right corner of the top of the lid with some losses. Old surface dents and marks. Some losses to pewter stringing. A large chip to the underside of the back right corner of the lid. Some minor veneer cracks. Brass worn to feet. With a later lining to the base. Small chips to interior edging and to the corner of the interior lids which are slightly warped. Handles a little yellowed.
A mid Victorian brass oval tea caddy, repoussé decorated with panels of Bacchanalian revelry, the silvered interior with foliate decoration, with a lift-out hinged lidded canister, the base stamped 'H&A 68', with a further pierced lidded compartment, with a mahogany base, 15.2cm high, 20.6cm wide, 17.2cm deep. By family repute this caddy was purchased at the Great Exhibition of 1851. It is believed the maker was Harcourt & Allen of Birmingham.

A Keswick School of Industrial Arts caddy spoon, white planished metal with zigzag decoration to handle, stamped "BMI Keswick Hand Made", 11cm; together with a Newlyn style Arts and Crafts copper octagonal wall plate, depicting galleon on open seas, the rim in raised relief with nautical emblems, 25.5cm wide (2)
A George III Silver Tea Caddy Set with Case, Samuel Taylor, London 1767, comprising a pair of tea caddies and a covered sugar bowl, each pyriform and chased with typical flowers and scrolls, with domed covers terminating in a flower finial, raised on a pierced and chased spreading foot, 14cm high, 23oz 9dwt all in; In a Breakfront Dark Shagreen Case, the mounts stamped I.W, with a stepped hinged cover, pierced and engraved silver feet, hinges and lock, the handle plate engraved with a crest, being a dolphin bowed and naiant, raised on ball and claw feet, the fitted interior lined with purple velvet and silver piping, 33cm wide Caddies good condition. Marked fully under each base, passant to the cover of the sugar bowl, the tea caddy covers not marked. The case in general good condition but with several small tears and scuffs. The mounts to the case very tarnished.
An Oak Thirty Hour Longcase Clock, signed John Lupton, circa 1750, caddied hood, glazed side panels, 9-inch square brass dial with Roman numeral chapter ring, single hand, four pillar movement with anchor escapement and outside countwheel striking on a bell, 222cm high 23.01.15, Hood with later caddy, wooden dial surround with slight damage and with a securing block to the reverse, later finials, trunk door edges with some splits, some replaced crossbanding, some cracks to plinth, skirting is later, top and bottom of the backboard are later, dial is slightly dirty, movement looks complete, later bell, together with weight and pendulum.
