A Meissen part tea service with puce and gilt floral spray decoration on a ribbed body comprising teapot, tea caddy, four saucers, one cup, bearing blue crossed swords and asterisk mark to base CONDITION REPORTS One saucer has several large chips. Two saucers have been restored to the rims and re-sprayed as has the cup handle. The teapot lid has several large chips. The teapot has a firing fault on the inside rim. All items have general wear and tear to include surface scratches, wear to the gilding and paintwork with some discolouration and some slight roughness to the edges. See images for further details

Chinese 19th century lacquered tea caddy of shaped rectangular form, the brown and gilt lacquered exterior decorated with multiple birds in a garden setting, pewter interior box with incised decoration, 17cm x 12cm CONDITION REPORT: Exterior, gilding slightly dull/worn, few small losses/chips to lacquer, particularly on edges of lid and base. Pewter in fairly good condition, hinge is working. Interior lacquer to lid in good condition. Larger bas on left hand side of front panel. Larger losses to right hand side and crack on that corner (side) from top to bottom. Similar crack on other three sides, some losses at base/flakes missing.
