A LATE 17TH CENTURY ENGLISH WALNUT LONG CASE CLOCK having a square brass dial with silvered chapter ring, signed Jno Martin. Londini Fecit, embossed brass spandrels and second hand, the case with caddy top, blind fretwork decoration, rams head mask mount and fluted pilasters, the panel door with herringbone inlay and lenticle with brass surround and crossbanded decoration, 84" high, 10 1/2" square dial. (some alterations and old restoration) Note: a Jno Martin was apprenticed to the Clockmakers Company in 1684

A Victorian figured walnut domed studded two division tea caddy, brass and copper studded, the centre of the domed lid with Celtic endless knot motif on a bone mount, the hinged lid opening to reveal a satin birch and ebonised two-division interior with fielded moulded lids over a key escutcheon matching the lid motif, 9" wide, 5.25" high, 5.25" deep

A 19th Century French rosewood veneered serpentine fronted side display cabinet, caddy top above single glazed panelled door with velvet lined interior, further painted panels depicting a courting couple and rural scenes, decorated with gilt metal acanthus mounts and finished to squat cabriole front legs, 36” wide by 69” high and 15” deep.
