A Victorian ebonised cased bracket clock, in the mid-18th century style, having unsigned arch brass dial with matted centre, silvered chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, twin winding holes for an unsigned brass twin barrel going eight day movement striking two hammers on two gongs, the case having caddy top, gilt brass mounts, and scroll feet, h.42cm Condition Report / Extra Information In running order.Strike works, please note that this is quarter striking.Dial excellent.Appears all original.Small split to one side and minor age/handling wear to case.Serviced in 1986.
