A Victorian mahogany bookcase, with caddy top above a series of open shelves, the base fitted with two drawers above a pair of panelled cupboard doors and all raised on a plinth. Width 122.5 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The bookcase is in extremely good condition. It has an excellent colour and good patination. The top half is in first class condition. The base has a minor crossbanded veneer loss to the right hand return. The top surface is in very good condition as are both sides. The doors close as they should and are not warped. The drawers are in good condition as is the plinth base. There is no evidence of any woodworm.
