An 18th Century Chinese famille rose tea caddy, of rectangular form with sloping shoulders and floral spray 8 cm x 12 cm high, together with a 19th Century Chinese Canton famille rose octagonal example and a large later Chinese blue and white caddy18th Century Rose:Bubbling and pitting to the glaze.Several chips and heavy rubbing to the edges and base.Discolouration around the rim.Chinese Blue:Several chips to the edges.Areas of discolouration around the edges.Rubbing to the base.Very small areas of pitting.Rose Octagonal:Inconsistent application of paint (although it does not appear to have been restored).Light areas of pitting to several sides.Rubbing to the rims.Lid is chipped on the rim and a small crack is present on the interior.
