G, Glasgow 1861, with twin lion mask handles and chased foliate and scroll decoration, monogrammed 'JAS', with gadroomed lower rim, the lid with push-button catch, 16cm wide, approx 436gCondition report: A few small dents and dings (pictured): to edge of cover, top of cover, to one side and above inscription. Lions are slightly pushed in. Some light general surface wear throughout, including spots of tarnish, in keeping with age and use. Hinge and clasp mechanism in good working order, lid closes flush. The jug has a hairline around the body. The blue and white export caddy has a 2cm chip to the front edge. The other blue and white caddy has poor old restoration by the top rim. The imari caddy has the top missing.
