An Irish George III silver bright cut Sugar Tongs, another similar by John Power, a small bright cut Tongs, a Sugar Nips, a Victorian English Sugar Tongs, a good Irish silver Sauce Ladle by Jas. Scott, Dublin c. 1814,also marked TOLEKEN, two English silver Caddy Spoons, each with a shell bowl and one other ornate Sterling Teaspoon. (9)
A large William IV period rosewood Tea Caddy, of casket form with hinged top, 31cms (12"), together with a Victorian coromandelwood Box of rectangular form with hinged top with two lift out trays, probably for jewellery, 34cms (13 1/2"); and a rare Regency brass inlaid rosewood concertina action lockable Letter/Stationery Box with brass handle, 28.5cms (11 1/4"). An attractive mid-19th Century shaped lacquered Tea Caddy, the exterior with approx. 12 framed landscape and other scenes, on four carved grotesque heads as feet, and with two engraved pewter cannisters, and with a smaller similar casket shaped ditto with gilt decorated scenes, and single pewter cannister. A fine quality William IV Irish mahogany Tea Caddy, on stand, the sarcophagus top with slanted panels and moulded edges, opening to reveal a segregated interior, stamped Williams and Gibton and numbered, on a hexagonal concave pillar on quatreform face with scroll legs, approx. 50cms wide x 81cms high (20" x 32"). Military Interest: A fine quality 19th Century walnut domed shaped Tea Caddy, with ornate brass mounts, the hinged top opening to reveal a velvet lined interior with glass bowl and tea leaf holder, with engraved plaque 'Presented to the Officers 1st Battalion - The Connaught Rangers by Col.
