Lego - an original Lego Star Wars set No. 75948 Hogwarts Clock Tower. The set rebagged, with all minifigures, instructions and original box. From a large private collection of Lego sets. Where a set is not factory sealed, the vendor assures us that contents are 100% complete, although no guarantees are offered and sets remain unchecked by us.
Doulton Lambeth stoneware desktop grandfather clock, circa 1880, the hood and trunk with incised scrolled designs and applied prints, the base with reek key design, in navy, green and core glazes, the circular dial with Roman numerals, cylinder movement, unidentified artist monogram, stamped factory mark, 31cm.Condition report:The front corners of the domed top may have touches of professional restoration, just at the point of the capitals of the pillars. Otherwise the ceramic aspect is in very good condition, no chips or hairlines. The clock face is lacking any glass, and the white metal mount has some creases to it, and the gilt rim is flaking and worn. The movement and cover to the back may be replaced. Not presently working. No key.
French gilt metal four-glass table clock, circular enamelled dial with visible escapement, cylinder movement by Vincent & Company striking on a bell, height 39cm.Condition report:The movement ticks over and appears to be working but not striking. There is a slight hairline to the chapter ring near numeral X. There are random patches of surface corrosion and wear to the gilding, particularly to the interior and surrounding the base.
Dent a Paris, a French brass carriage clock, engraved case, the rear door with dust covers, rectangular enamelled dial with Roman chapter ring and subsidiary alarm dial, repeating alarm movement, height 13cm, with carry case and associated keys.Condition report:The clock winds, ticks (don't know yet about accuracy), repeats and alarms correctly, case is good, inscription on the dial is worn, associated case and three keys.The underside of the case, internal aspect of the movement door, and base plate below the winding peg are stamped '3016'. Then there is another number stamped on the back of the front movement plate which appears to be '3960'.
