A late 19th Century North Country oak and mahogany banded long case clock with swan neck pediment above the brass dial with steel chapter ring with Roman numerals, marked "Thomas Boulton", the spandrels with applied moulded decoration of cherubs holding aloft a crown CONDITION REPORTS The case itself has knocks, chips, bruising etc throughout and several cracks to the veneer. The pendulum and one weight are present. There are some gaps along the wood/veneer joins. The dial width is approx 27.5 cm, surface scratching etc to the dial. The black enamel has had some re-painting in various areas and there is some corrosion to the steel dial as well as pitting to the dial itself. CONDITION REPORT: Back missing. Porcelain panels slightly loose. Gilding rubbed, part of turquoise flower on front panel missing, white floral petals missing too. No key present. 46cm when on stand. 41cm tall without, 26cm wide, 13cm deep. Stand 31cm wide, 5cm tall, 16cm deep.

CONDITION REPORT: Top finial loose. Split in wood of door. Split to bases. Dial 31cm diameter. Possible repair to top. Three pieces of loose wood. Woodworm evident.
