CLOCK - BRENTFORD FC Grandmother clock presented by the Directors of Brentford FC to their player H.L.Watson and inscribed to him to commemorate Brentford winning the Division 2 Championship 1934-35. Watson made 27 appearances at half-back for the team that season in League games. Watson played for Brentford between 1932 and 1936. The clock, complete with pendulum and winder key is British made and measures 142cm x 29cm x 20cm (56 inches x 11.5 inches x 8 inches). It is inscribed on a metal plate below the clock-face. The clock appears to be in generally good condition although we have not tested to see if it is working order. As described
