A Charles ll period brass lantern clock case, by Andrew Prime, London, with a later chain driven fusee movement striking on a bell, the engraved dial signed 'Andrew Prime Londini Fecit' and 'WM 1671', decorated with flowers, chapter ring with engraved and black painted Roman numerals with half hours markers, steel hands, 15 by 15 by 36cm high, with winder.Notes: Andrew Prime (1619-1710) was in the circle of pioneers involved in early English clockmaking. Born in 1619, he was the son of a Norwich weaver and apprenticed in 1632 to Abraham Boyce of the Blacksmiths’ Company and made free in 1641. Prime was closely associated with the Fromanteels, whose family also came from Norwich. He was made free of the Clockmakers’ in 1646 and, in the same year, Prime married Ahasuerus Fromanteel’s sister, Elizabeth. They had three children, the youngest of which, Abraham, worked for his father. Despite protestations, in 1674, Prime was made Assistant of the Clockmakers’, but never attended meetings and may have left London. Prime died in Norwich in 1710, having spent his later life there.With key in running order, some damage to edges of the dial and various adaptations. Please see images provided.

Provost, Mortain', with pendulum, 31.5 by 18 by 70cm high, and a an Edwardian oak cased wall clock with silvered Arabic dial. (6)
A Cartier Must de travel clock, with octagonal case, with alarm, 7.5 by 7.5cm, together with its original Cartier case, a/f.Condition: The clock adjusts, the alarm sets and rings when the hands are arranged at the alarm time, but It is not in running order, there is also some damage to its casing, missing one of its lug holes.
A mid-19th century mahogany ‘Rocking Ship’ 8-day Longcase Clock, signed S. Magnus, Swansea, with two-weight movement striking on a bell, the painted and enamelled 13-inch arched dial with Roman chapter, subsidiary seconds and date aperture and rocking ship automata to the arch, the case with boxwood stringing and spiral twist columns, long trunk door, arched hood with three ball finials, 91in (231cm) high, with two weights and pendulum. Condition: overall good condition, clock currently running and striking, but we cannot guarantee it.
A mahogany cased G.P.O wall Clock, white painted dial, Arabic numbers, minute baton markers, dial painted with G.P.O, single fusee movement stamped '19277, 5 BQ47/3' case stamped on rear with '5 BQ47/3', note, pendulum and key present but pendulum is damaged, glass missing, brass surround loose due to broken hinge, one wooden peg missing, original case with original movement, see images, diameter 39 cm.
19th century Napoleonic Prisoner of War carved and turned bone miniature three-tier mirror-back Whatnot, applied with cups, bottles, vases, candlesticks, clock and pen-stand, slight damages and some pieces loose, H:18cm x W:11cm x D:5cm. Provenance: The Eyres Collection of French Napoleonic Prisoner-of-War Works of Art and Antique Weapons, assembled over many years by a Devon collector. Sold on the instructions of the Executor.
An early 18th century 8-day longcase clock Movement, pediment signed 'Andries Vermeulen, Amsterdam', brass 12 inch dial with silvered chapter ring and seconds with roman numerals, brass pediment spanderals depicting 'dolphin arch, 1725-85, and the brass dial spanderals depicting 'Male head or mask head, 1700-35', together with a pendulum and weights.
