A Neo-classical style alabaster mantel clock and garniture, the circular dial set with Roman numerals, diameter 6.8cm, height 30.5cm, also a four branch candelabra on marble base (af). CONDITION REPORT: One of the urn garnitures is loose and has numerous areas of damage and losses to the base, the other also with losses and damage to the base and stands at an angle, also is slightly loose halfway down the base, the candelabra has possibly replaces back feet and nibbles and wear to the marble base, regarding the clock there is general wear throughout, discolouration to the front and dial, the wreath to the front is loose, chips to the edges and nibbles, and the finial looks to have been repainted/gilded at some point.
A late 19th century French gilt metal mantel clock surmounted by three putti, the circular dial set with Roman numerals and with Japy Fréres movement, numbered.to movement and the left rear support stamped 'Charles 40', height 37.5cm (af). CONDITION REPORT: The left figure lacking item originally held, the back plate encasing the movement is missing, there is surface wear and rubbing to the gilt throughout, the figures have casting holes to heads, has not been tested and cannot guarantee working order, also there has been a repair to one of the supports on the right hand side.
